Key Experience
Having benefited from exceptional mentors who were genuinely invested in my growth, I view leadership as a powerful opportunity to pay that investment forward. I am passionate about cultivating people-centric environments where team members feel supported to do their best work. For me, true leadership is about driving business results by actively championing the professional development of my team.
Current Position
I lead 2 teams of 10 or so software developers each, applying strong lean, experiment driven development practices powered by AI SDLC to realize the next generation services in our organization. I work closely with the senior product owner and senior experience designer to deliver solutions. I’m accountable for defining our architectural roadmap, ideating innovative solutions and ensuring efficient delivery by our development teams. I’m also a coach and mentor for our development team members, working closely with each one on their career development plans. I’m also a leader within our region, coordinating closely woth our partners and improving the quality of life for all local members.
Main Motivation
What motivates me most—and keeps me challenged—is finding ways to scale my capability. I’m focused on developing a systems-thinking mindset so I can look beyond immediate tasks and design solutions that positively impact a much wider cohort. For me, professional growth is about expanding my reach from individual projects to ecosystem-level influence.

Greatest Achievement
Delivering projects on time and under budget is the baseline; my true metric of success is the professional growth and accomplishment of the people who build them. My greatest achievement has been shifting our project delivery model from mere task execution to a culture-driven incubator for leadership. By intentionally designing collaborative, high-trust environments, I have empowered team members to find a deeper sense of purpose and takeaway tangible professional growth from every milestone. The ultimate validation of this approach has been witnessing my team members successfully transition into impactful leaders in their own right.
