I started out as an IBL developer, studying Software development at Swinburne University. Over my career with PageUp I have been able to move through various development roles and use this experience to grow and learn, into my current role as Senior Principal Developer.

Working with our Technical leads and Product Managers, I ensure that the solutions we are building meet the needs of our customers, as well as the internal technical direction that has been agreed upon across the product team. I am responsible for the people leadership and growth of the technical leads as well as several other technical roles within our team. I also occasionally get on the tools and help out with delivery of initiatives :)

I love being able to help grow and develop technical people in the direction that they want to be heading.

Growing and developing skills that will be interchangable between many different roles always helps no matter what path you decide to go down in the future.

Over my journey I have been able to work on many client value-add projects and with many great people, but the thing that I am most proud of is being able to progress my career to where I am today.
