What stands out for me from a Product team and developer perspective, when comparing PageUp to other competitors, is the focus and space that the organization provides for us to complete learning and development that aligns with our interests and career direction. Many companies will say they promote learning and development, but PageUp sets aside dedicated time for all developers to be able to learn and share their learnings with others.

There are also clear role expectations (scorecards) and career paths, with a formalised matrix and focused discussions with people leaders on areas that are going well, areas to improve and what opportunities are available to work on these areas.
