A typical day in my role starts with a standup meeting (either virtually or in person at our 447 Collins Street office) with my direct sales team members and VP of Sales Garry Achilles. We share ideas, catchup on both the person and business front, and cover the meetings we have planned - both internal and external. Then, it's preparing for our discovery meetings and demonstrations with prospective new PageUp clients for our Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions. Often there are proposals and tender responses that we are working on, so the team would then break off into separate project groups to deal with these. In a typical working day we use our internal chat and emails to get things done, and collaborate well using Google Docs on our various proposals. My meetings with clinets are either done via videonf or in person. I also attend Talent Acquisition conferences and networking events and lunches, which are fun and insightful.
