From Sales Exec to Head of Client Success
Having graduated with a Geography degree in 2011, I started out a career in sales. As I gained more experience and worked my way up into more senior positions, I made the natural transition into Client Success within the Education Technology sector. I very quickly realised that my favourite part of the job was building relationships with key stake holders and helping clients to achieve their goals year on year, whilst at the same time making a genuine impact on peoples lives.

Head of Client Success Europe
I manage a team of Client Success Managers who help our client base achieve their goals and get the most out of the Clinch recruitment marketing platform. This ranges from helping clients with day to day best practice through to assisting them with conversion strategies, employer branding and building and maintaining intelligent career sites.

Helping our clients achieve their goals
In the Client Success team, we get to build relationships with our key stakeholders and help them to make a huge impact on thousands of candidates each year. Having such a positive impact on our Clients and their candidates is extremely rewarding.
Top advice
Always try to keep learning and improving your skill set
Having worked in the tech industry for over 10 years, it's safe to say that things constantly change. It's always good to keep learning as processes change, individual mindsets will change and ultimately technology not only changes but advances. If you can stay ahead of the curve and continue to learn, you will naturally improve your skill set.
