I started at PageUp as a software developer in 1999. I've had amazingly diverse career opporutnities that have allowed me to work across all functions of the business and across the globe. From being the leading sales representative in Australia to opening our UK office, creating brand our Pre Sales (solutions consulting) function to support global sales. I then headed back into our Product function to lead our Product owners and product delivery function as the Chief Product Owner. Next was into the Chief of Staff position supporting our CEO and Leadership team. I'm now a couple of years into heading up our Channels and Partnerships function to accelerate our growth through our amazing partner network.

As the VP Global Channels, I work in collaboration with hundreds of leading HR tech businesses and consultancies who collaborate with PageUp in our Marketplace to compliment our offering to help our clients achieve maximum success in their Recruiting and Employee management. This gives me great access to the latest technology and practices in the industry and we work together on go to market and education strategies to grow our businesses more rapidly together. multiplying each businesses sales and marketing engines.

Our HR Tech industry is exploding with exciting vendors who collaborate with us to help our clients achieve better outcomes faster. Getting to work across the whole industry and with many customers to achieve their particular project outcomes is exciting and I love the variety in challenges and opportunities this creates.
