    My experience both as a team leader and for myself is that for most roles communication skills, team work/collaboration and an openness to feedback always help our team members succeed and drive our great teams.
    PageUp values the diversity that each person brings to their work and also runs internal training on having great conversation and understanding your own and other team members working styles and preferences to maximise the chances of every team being a great team!
