In a global role, there are always more potential partners to collaborate with then there is time in the day including multiple different timezones, so the most important thing is Prioritisation.
Where to focus my time and effort for the best customer and business outcome is very important.
I have a regular meeting cadence with my key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Product Development to ensure we are aligned on what is priority and what can wait.
Whilst I take early morning and evening calls, I work with our team to ensure that I can have flexibility in my day to support my family.
