    There are a few things that I love about working with PageUp:
    - Firstly, the people. It's great being able to work with such a talented, passionate and supportive development team. Having a team of amazing people certainly helps make it easier to solve challenging and complex technical issues!

    - PageUp's focus on learning and development is second to none. We have regular catch-up's with our people leaders to give and receive feedback as well as collaborating to setup individual development plans that progress towards our career goals. In the product team we are also encouraged to focus on learning and development with weekly dedicated time set aside on Friday afternoons to learn something new or up-skill in a particular technology or process.

    - Lastly, the trust and flexibility that PageUp provides. We are trusted to complete our jobs and are able to work from home - or the office if you prefer - to achieve company outcomes.
