    When I started at PageUp I was still finishing my university degree so I had very limited technical knowledge (and even less interpersonal skills!). Over my time here I have been able to gain hands on experience in many technical aspects such as design patterns, distributed systems, database technologies, cloud computing, maintenance and reliability of real-world systems.

    I have also been able to grow my interpersonal skills, learning how to work effectively with clients (both internal and external), providing relevant information and how to tailor my communication to various different technical and non-technical audiences. On top of this I have been able to develop my leadership skills through mentoring and more formal people leadership responsibilities.
