We try to have fewer meetings :)
Our calendars are key. We set our work hours and we use events for both meetings as well as personal plans like focus time or learning time. In this way, it's very clear when my availability is.
Overall, I think it comes down to being mindful and respectful of time zones and work hours, something I think everyone in PageUp group does a good job at.
