The Role
Remote, with occasional travel interstate and internationally.
As a pivotal player in our team, the Customer Marketing Manager takes the reins in crafting and executing strategies that elevate customer loyalty, retention, and advocacy. Dive into the world of understanding customer behaviors and preferences, using this insight to craft precision-targeted marketing campaigns. What you'll do

Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.

Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver personalized marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the Customer team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.

Develop and manage customer advocacy programs, including referral initiatives, testimonials, and case studies.

Develop and run customer events globally.

Collaborate with the content marketing manager to create customer-focused content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and social media campaigns.

Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to track and analyze customer data, manage campaigns, and measure ROI.

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for customer engagement and retention.
About You

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful customer marketing strategies.

Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems like Salesforce, Hubspot and Demandbase.

Experience with data analytics and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000. Final compensation will be determined based on a range of factors, including location, experience, and individual skillset.
