Strategic Account Manager (French Speaking)

Hybrid role, working from the London office 1 day a week.

We are looking for a commercially driven Strategic Account Manager to join our team. This is a critical role focused on the retention and growth of our client base. You will be responsible for fostering senior-level relationships, positioning our platform as the preferred partner, and driving revenue through strategic upsells and renewals with enterprise-level customers.

Your Mission

As our Strategic Account Manager, you'll nurture and expand relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring they maximise value from PageUp's cutting-edge talent acquisition solutions. You'll be the trusted advisor guiding organisations through their digital transformation journey while identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion. A key requirement for this specific replacement is fluency in French and English, as you will be managing our footprint within the French-speaking market as well as some English-speaking clients. 

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic French-speaking accounts across diverse industries
  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Present to C-level executives and key stakeholders in both French and English
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Occasional travel may be required to visit customers on-site

About You

  • Native/fluent French speaker with excellent English proficiency
  • Proven track record in B2B account management or sales
  • Experience with SaaS/technology solutions preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
  • Creative problem solver
  • Strategic mindset with commercial acumen
