Hi there!
We offer a competitive and well-rounded benefits package designed to support flexibility and wellbeing.
In terms of leave, employees receive up to 25 days of annual leave (increasing with tenure, plus public holidays), paid sick leave, an additional “Awesome Day” and "Volunteer Day" each year, and paid parental leave.
From a financial perspective, we provide 5% employer pension contributions, and from a wellbeing perspective, employees also receive private health insurance, alongside access to broader health and wellbeing support.
