This will be dependent on the role that you are taking. We will use our own on-boarding platform to design a program that will include standard induction materials and tasks and specific requirements for your role. Additional training will be provided based on role but we believe strongly in real experience plays a significant part in your learning. With that in mind we will look to get you contributing and carrying out real value generating tasks as soon as possible with close mentoring and support.
