From my early University days discovering the wonder of IT, programming and how IT devices and software can transform our lives to a career that involves the satisfaction of creating new business to business relationships and increasing comany's revenues, profit and productivity, I always knew the IT industry was the one for me.
Current position
Building relationships to help organisations derive value from TA
For over 15 years I have been focused on providing HR, Payroll and Talent Management software solutions that automate and simplify all HR functions. During this time I have assisted many medium and large size organisations increase efficiency, improve employee engagement and achieve the best business outcomes. At PageUp, we offer a full end to-end Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solution that allows businesses to maximise their most valuable resource, their people. PageUp provides a well-designed solution that has a consistent and intuitive end-user experience. Our vision is to create outstanding Hiring Experiences.
Main motivation
Creating new relationships and long-term client partnerships.
In my role I work with a very talent cross-functional team of marketing, sales development, pre-sales and professional services resources to prove the return on investment of PageUp's Talent Acquisition and Talent Management technology to their business. It's rewarding when we bring new clients on board and delight them with our professional implementation and support teams, and see their organisation automate and improve their hiring and HR processes. I really enjoy the long-term relationships, partnerships and friendships this creates. We have a lot of fans of PageUp in the industry - and it's no wonder why - we are a real People Business.

To succeed in this role, you need to be curious and learn about all aspects of how Recruitment and HR teams support the growth and success of an organisation, and how we help different industries provide these organisations a demonstrable Return on their Investment (ROI) in PageUp's market-leading technology. You have to thrive in a team environment, enjoy establishing relationships at a C-Level in major organisations, and be fearless and proactive about picking up the phone and having those conversations. It's very rewarding when you do. Be open, be curious, always learn, focus on what you can do every day to improve what you do and enjoy working in a very collaborative team environment.

I am proud of new client business for PageUp in key sectors.
In my four years at PageUp, I have worked in a very high-performing and close-knit team to onboard new business to PageUp in some key industry sectors including: - Aged Care - Health and Allied Health - NDIS and NFP - Mining and Construction - Defence and Aerospace - State and Local Government - Retail - IT and Professional Services
