    Hi Jade, thank you for your question! I know we spoke today but I thought I'd reply here as well. :)

    I think it's important to come with an attitude where you're ready to learn and get stuck in. Especially at the start, you'll need to get to know the platform well and understand what the day-to-day life looks like for one of our clients so that you're able to help them and provide them with advice. There will, of course, be training provided to help you with this, and everyone is here to help you, but it's important that you ask lots of questions and really feel like you understand the platform.

    We are always keen to hear new ideas and I think a fresh perspective will help with that. If you have things from your previous experience that you think will help us and how we do things, those contributions are always very welcome!

    Generally, the Client Success team in Europe is a really great group so as long as you are willing to get involved, get to know the team, and the product, then I'm sure you'll fit in.
