    Career mobility within PageUp is something that I have not only witnessed many times as an observer, but also first-hand. PageUp supports its staff with both horizontal & vertical mobility, including with internal social channels promoting new opportunities, and manager support.
    I have seen developers go into pre-sales; people within the Growth (Marketing) team move into UX Design, and many more!
    Personally, I went from a Product Strategy graduate role into Accounts Payable, and then into a different area of Finance (being FP&A) - in which each step of this pathway was seamless.
    Each step of the way, employees are supported & encouraged to pursue opportunities that will work best for them as an individual. It is clear at PageUp that people are not shoe-horned into a role (that over time, an individual may realise may not ultimately suit them as much as another) - and that PageUp recognises & works with talent to ensure best fit, with fulfilling roles .
