    Hi Holly - my favourite thing about the PageUp culture is definitely the transparency of our organisation. We value feedback and empower our people to be courageous in their conversations - giving thoughtful feedback and also seeking it! It's something I experience daily and without the safe space our culture creates, this transparency would not be possible. Good luck with the application :)
