Bec F. Head Of Customer Success
I think I can best sum it up as commitment and care. When I ask for help, someone is always there to help. When someone notices something that could be improved, they proactively do it. And we have a great feedback culture - people are always happy to give constructive feedback, which is backed by the offer of help and support if needed. You really get the sense that your colleagues care about our shared goals, and how we can achieve them together. A true team.
