Ken U. Senior Technical Lead / Senior Principal Developer
I actually find this pretty hard to answer because I've been fortunate to have been part of several exciting and successful projects in PageUp. And each one provides a unique experience and reward. But if I had to choose only one, I would probably go with my first project as a technical lead in PageUp. I was in a place of self-doubt and imposter syndrome so achieving success had a lot riding on it for both the business and myself. Luckily the project was a raving success. I'd like to think we went above and beyond expectations, running a lot of experiments, embracing evidence-based development, being very agile and client centric. I was also able to build much closer relationships with my peers and receive the coaching I needed. The team was phenomenal and they made the whole experience dare-I-say "fun". I've carried the confidence from this experience with me ever since.
