I like the autonomy and trust that comes with it. Often titles are given but I still felt disempowered to drive the outcomes that the team and I are passionate about. But here in PageUp, I see that trust exists at every level and with that, the independence to make our own decisions.

Also, as a people leader, seeing my reports develop their careers and achieving goals is something I look forward to on the daily. Gives me that proud older brother vibe whenever they work through challenges and come into their own.

And lastly, I feel challenged. The hurdles and obstacles that I face are the perfect training ground for me to hone my own skills and leadership style, all of which help me drive my career forward.
