One of the most important skills I would say to work at PageUp is a willingness to collaborate with other team members. Beyond having traditional skills that would be role-dependant (data science skills, finance skills, coding skills etc) there are lots of essential skills like cross-functional collaboration, agility and an innovative mindset which are highly useful. PageUp teams work very collaboratively and are always challenging the way things are done. Being able to bring a growth mindset to your role is an invaluable skill.
