Georgia S.
Flexible working means I can manage my own time and priorities without needing to check in with my manager constantly. I work from home and sometimes I'll need to log off for a short time to take care of something non-work related. Occasionally I have meetings after work hours, so I'll log on later the following morning. We have a culture of trust at PageUp, so as long as I'm doing my job well, I can plan my work schedule to fit around the rest of my life.
