Work-life balance is something I believe can be achieved in various ways. The way I balance those two working at Clinch is mostly through our hybrid work model, where I can work 3-4 days from home and 1-2 days from the office. The time I save commuting can be repurposed for chores around the house, leaving me with more time during my evening to enjoy my different hobbies and social life. I also make sure to disconnect after the workday, and I'm glad to be in a work culture that makes it possible to do so. I try to get some fresh air during lunchtime and take advantage of the company socials when they work with my personal schedule.

In essence, I feel like Clinch is offering the team and me the right circumstances to achieve a balance between my work and my personal life.
