    Ken U. Senior Technical Lead / Senior Principal Developer

    The most challenging and also most rewarding aspect of my job is continuous improvement together with the team. I'm lucky to be part of a team that views every initiative or project we undertake as an opportunity for growth, as individuals and as a group. My part in this process is sustaining this culture and making sure that as we try out new things, we celebrate success hand-in-hand with learning from our failures. Sometimes this can get hard especially when things don't go our way. But it's on me as a stream lead to make sure we keep our heads high and continue to be hungry.

    Being in PageUp, it's refreshing to be part of an organization that isn't focused on just "getting things done" and actually encourages us to challenge the norm and standards.
