    PageUp has been incredibly supportive of flexible working both before COVID, during and after. In the world of office work we used to live in, I always needed to start later and finish earlier one week to support school drop off and pick ups with my girls. I was trusted to balance out my hours on my non girls weeks which I continue to do today. It's one thing I have always loved about PageUp, the trust it has in it's employees to behave appropriately in terms of their working hours whilst still delivering great outcomes to our clients.
