Growth & development is a key focus within PageUp, and something which is always actively promoted by the business.
I personally have gone through several different roles at PageUp, continually seeking to develop new skills & embrace new responsibilities. Throughout all this, people leaders have active engagement & interest in the growth of individuals, and I have been encouraged & supported on numerous occasions for casual & formal training, including the current support for fulfilling my CPA qualification.
In all, the growth & development at PageUp is something that is prevalent in day-to-day life, and something which is held in high regard by the business.
