PageUp has its own published set of values, all of which I see in action daily. However, the clearest value reflected to be (on a personal level) is that of value towards the employees of the company. It is not uncommon in workplaces for employees to become a commodity, yet this is something which is not the case at PageUp. Each employee is treated with respect, genuine interest, and generates a strong sense of community within the company.
No matter a person's role or tenure, everyone is ready to support each others' ongoing development and wellbeing.
It is for this reason that I truly pride myself as a part of the PageUp family, and the value that strikes through clearest in my day-to-day life.
