We also have a health and wellbeing benefit that gives you a peso amount once a year to spend on anything health and wellbeing related! Its a really flexible benefit as we understand everyone is different and there is no one size fits all approach :)

In the Philippine office, PageUp has also given us a monthly budget for coffee and snacks - before the pandemic lockdowns started last March 2020, we would use that budget to have a meal together on Fridays while we have our company-wide Friday gathering to end the week. Now that we're all working from home, we try to meet once a month (depending on Manila's lockdown rules and everyone's comfort level) to have some in-person social gathering and see our colleagues face to face :)

I think a perk of joining PageUp is it's relatively flat structure. This means you really can speak to any team member no matter how senior. I often chat to our CEO about my role, any challenges on projects and how we can make things better as a company.

Probably the biggest perk for me is the level of trust and autonomy from day 1. Working in PageUp, I had much more control over how I used my time and energy. And I finally found an audience that would listen to my more crazy ideas :)
