    I would say our most successful employees are able to take on board feedback, as well as feel confident to provide feedback to others (regardless of role or seniority). We promote a courageous culture here at PageUp, meaning we empower employees to have the courage to share and challenge ideas, give feedback and call out behaviour not in line with our values.

    Being collaborative will also get you far at PageUp as we work in a very collaborative environment, with teams regularly overlapping and working together to produce great outcomes.
