1. We have a choice where to work (ranging from fully home based or going to the office) - but really, all of the team is home based
2. Career development opportunities - we're been attending meetups and software conferences (all supported/sponsored by PageUp) as well as 3hrs per week for personal learnings
3. For someone like me who's getting up there in age, the health and wellbeing benefits are amazing. Managed to upgrade my home office setup a few times :)
