    The hardest thing about my job is probably working across multiple global time zones and trying to be as flexible as I can to support our global organisation. PageUp's flexible approach to working really helps with this though and I feel very comfortable to take some time out during those days when I am starting a bit earlier or finishing a little late to make sure I am still getting that work life balance!
