In recent years, the biggest challenge has definitely been navigating through the global pandemic and the impacts this has had both on our business and our people around the world. Managing that change across different regions/countries/states/cities in an ever constantly uncertain and unstable environment was tough and continues to be tough - there was no playbook. However, at every stage, we were committed to fully supporting all our people (and their families) throughout this extremely difficult time. The team I work with were phenomenal and the support they provided to our employees was second to none. Overall the people we have in our business are also amazing in the way they genuinely cared, and still care for the wellbeing of each other.

Even though this has been both one of the hardest parts and biggest challenges in my role in recent times, I am left feeling extremely proud of how we navigated the challenges and strengthened our culture at the same time.
