    I have two parts to my role. 1. Implementing our PageUp Suite of products with customers. 2. Upskilling Customer Success employees and helping bring new products into our team, from both an asset and training perspective. So my projects are vast and very busy but I love this as it makes my job very rewarding. Our upskill program is having a great impact on our new starters as we are seeing their confidence blossom with clients, from both a technical and consulting conversations perspective.
