Overall, I'm really happy with the culture at PageUp.

What stood out to me when I joined was the level of collaboration from my team, especially since I was working almost entirely remotely.
Still to this day, whenever I get stuck with something, I'm encouraged to partner up with someone who knows the area better and fix it together.
This prevents you from getting frustrated at getting stuck on something that something else can do, and it's such a refreshing change.

Another one that became more relevant as I kept working was the focus on work-life balance. All of the leads that I've had here have been very conscious of
how easy it is now to work overtime, and really emphasise the importance of making sure you take time off afterwards to make up for it. I feel
comfortable taking breaks during the day, and there's been a concerted effort from leaders across all levels of the business to make sure that's the case.
