    Before starting I wasn't sure about the company culture or teams. On the first day, there was a warm welcome from all employees, meetings with the team leaders and introductions to the teams. eArcu has a get culture and everyone is friendly and open, both with working remotely and in the office. There are quarterly company meetings and regular team meetings or events. There is now an onboarding portal to help new starters with information on the company to help with this information before your first day.
