PageUp has been a fantastic company to work with; and one that has indeed differed from expectations, in many positive ways. Something that stands out as unique about PageUp is its culture of openness, transparency & empowerment. This was something that I had not expected to be as evident when I first joined, but it became immediately clear that this embodied the PageUp culture and "way of doing business". Everyone has a part to play & a voice, and it is clear that opinions from all areas of the business are truly valued.

In all, I would say that PageUp has really been a unique company in this way. It's one thing to "say" a company has these values, but having worked at PageUp now for nearly five years, it is evident that this is something which is integral to the way PageUp functions. Day-to-day, it is clear that PageUp runs not only as a company, but also as a community for all employees.
