    Our innovation process champions a strong level of collaboration and partnership with our clients. When we develop new features, we build and deliver iteratively to our early adopters and go through regular review cycles to ensure that what we are delivering is of high value to our users. As a software developer, this direct line of validation is very empowering because I know that what I'm working on matters.

    A daily challenge we have in our team is prioritization. The innovation process generates a lot of feedback, which is great in making sure we're building the right thing. But mixed in with the feedback could be disruptions or detours. Synthesizing the feedback allows us to manage this feedback into validated and actionable tasks.
