PageUp has a range of initiatives designed to specifically help women progress in their careers. I'm personally part of the 'Women Rising' program which PageUp offers — it's a great opportunity that's paid for by PageUp and it gives us access to mentors, courses, tools and guidance to advance and grow. More generally, PageUp has a strong leadership team with many women in roles of power. Originally being a female-founded business, PageUp has always had a strong focus on nurturing female leaders.
