    Hi there, thanks for your question!

    We collect demographic data on a voluntary basis in most regions and therefore our company wide data is not complete nor truly representative of our workforce. I can provide some demographic data for our US region however: US workforce Race Profile: 6% Black/African American, 3% Two or more races (not Hispanic or Latino), White 83%, 8% Hispanic or Latino. Gender Profile: 58% Female, 39% Male, 3% Unspecified and Age Profile 25-34 (24%) 35-44 (53%) 45-54 (13%) 55-64 (11%).
