I've been with the PageUp Group for almost 5 years now, and in that time I've been very fortunate to work with great mentors that have helped me to shape my career - when I first joined as a graduate, I had no idea what I wanted to do. I was encouraged from the very start to explore different areas of the business, get involved in internal projects and my manager and I constantly talked about my strengths, areas for improvement and suitable challenges to build my skills. I remember the advice my manager gave me when I was moving from the graduate role into a consultant role; never say no to a work opportunity or challenge, even if it feels a little uncomfortable, because I'll always be supported by my colleagues and I will grow and learn a lot just outside my comfort zone.
