My manager and team are very supportive in helping us maintain work-life balance. Within the team, we help each other out, and look after each other’s tasks as needed e.g. if someone needs to step away to attend to other commitments. In the past when I needed to work additional hours to complete all tasks (due to team members being away), I was able to take time off in lieu.

Furthermore PageUp offers an extra day of leave - Awesome Day, also Volunteer Day, and flexible working arrangements - all very welcome for work/life balance!
