My first year was a long time ago (I joined PageUp Group in 2011 as COO/CFO when there were only 70 people). My first year was great as I was able to have a huge impact. We raised an investment from a US investment firm, opened offices in Singapore and the US and grew headcount from 70 to 100+ people. The challenges have kept coming and I am now proud to be CEO of a global organization.
