One thing I've learnt at work this year is that when things seem uncertain, it can be good to ride the wave and see what opportunities can come from it. A lot has changed in the last 12 months: our company joined the PageUp Group and went through a rebrand, each of which presented initial uncertainty, challenges, and opportunities as it was hard to tell at first exactly what it all might mean for each of us individually, as a CS team, and for our clients. I think we all had to learn to both trust the process but also ensure our voices were heard when considerations were being made that affected us.

Now that it's been just over a year since we joined the PageUp Group, I have been given the opportunity to learn in-depth some of the other products PageUp has, such as Clinch Recruitment Marketing, and even be able to help some of my current clients benefit from it too. It's also been great to meet so many new people from the wider company, learn from them and work with them on a day-to-day basis. There has definitely been a lot to learn this year but I have always felt reassured and valued within the company.
