Definitely in my top 3 is being a part of growing the Manila team. Back in 2017, as one of the first members to join, we came back to Manila from our onboarding in Australia with 2 goals :
(1) Continue to onboard and contribute to our teams and
(2) Begin the process of growing the Manila team.
The most challenging part was establishing a culture that was strongly aligned with but unique to the AU team's culture, and how to organically grow the team whilst factoring the culture-add that each new member brings in. Fast forward 5 years and the team is now 18 members strong and we continue to be strong contributors and leaders within the organization.
