As a Client Solutions Consultant, I work across both implementation projects and ongoing account management. This means my role is varied, and each day looks different from the next. Typically, I have quite a few emails from clients to follow-up on and some client meetings. In the meetings, we discuss a mix of open actions and strategic planning. Actions usually include some Q&A with the client about how to configure an aspect of our system to best meet their business needs, and when discussing strategic planning we focus on bigger picture goals for the year and how we can meet those goals using our software.
