    Pageup values innovation, and wants us to feel like we can contribute new ideas. I am encouraged to speak up if I feel like areas can be beneficially improved or changed. They also work hard to ensure we have growth, opportunities and experiences within Pageup. I can talk to my manager about areas where I would like to improve or learn more in and we work together to accomplish that.
    Pageup also values the client and my team and the organisation as a whole are always working towards a good experience for them and to give them valuable outcomes.
    They also value a safe workspace where we can feel as though our voice is being heard and easily raise any issues.
    I would say working together is one of the most important values, both for a positive work environment and better client experience.
