Fleur W.
My role allows me to work from home on the days I need to drop and collect my children from school. I start later and finish earlier. I am also in the fortunate position of not travelling during the time I have with my daughters. PageUp is so open to discussions on what it's employees need to make their personal lives work, and work well. My role is incredibly busy and I just bend and flex my hours to accommodate this. I'm trusted to do the right thing.
