With our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a passionate, creative, and entrepreneurial Integrated Marketing Manager who can drive our integrated marketing efforts to new heights.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Integrated Marketing Plans: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass a mix of digital, traditional, and emerging channels. Ensure all efforts align with our brand strategy while managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Drive Brand Consistency: Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all marketing initiatives adhere to our brand guidelines and convey our unique value proposition. Maintain a strong brand identity across various touchpoints, providing a consistent and compelling experience for our customers.
Leverage Multi-Channel Marketing Tactics: Identify and utilize the most effective marketing channels to engage our target audience. Stay ahead of industry trends and explore opportunities in social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, events, and more.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with creative teams, copywriters, designers, and product marketing analysts to bring campaigns to life. Foster a collaborative environment that leverages team expertise to deliver integrated and impactful marketing initiatives.
Analyze Campaign Performance: Utilize data-driven insights to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success, providing actionable recommendations for optimization and future campaigns.
Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies. Drive innovation and keep our marketing efforts at the cutting edge.
About You
Proven Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing with a proven track record of successful campaign development and execution, preferably in the Talent Acquisition Industry.
Growth Hacker Mindset: You are passionate about growth, excited to test new ideas, and not afraid to fail fast and learn quickly. Your innovative approach constantly seeks out new ways to drive growth and optimize performance.
Creative and Detail-Oriented: You are a creative thinker who can generate innovative marketing ideas and concepts. You also have strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials.
Tech-Savvy: You have experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms, and are always looking for new tools to streamline processes and improve results.

Compensation
The base compensation for this role is $110,000-$130,000. Salary is based around a number of factors including geography, experience, and skillset
